Ilayaraja and London Olympics 2012

  • London Olympics, the most expected event hardly 6 weeks more.It has a strong connection with India (specifically Tamilnadu).
  •  Can you guess it ? 
  • Tamil film song composed by him in the early 1980s has made it to the playlist of the grand opening ceremony.
  •  According to reports in the British media, is “ Naanthaan ungappanda ” sung by S. P. Balasubrahmanyam for the Kamal Haasan-starrer Ram Lakshman (1981) will be played.
  • In fact, it is one of his less known compositions.
